Covid 19 Arrangements for Tenants

Tenants of Managed Properties (ie you pay your rent to Tim Martin & Company)
Due to the increasing uncertainty in connection with the Coronavirus outbreak, we have no alternative but to implement changes to our tenant services.  With immediate effect we will be moving to an ‘Emergency Repairs’ only status.  We will therefore only carry out repairs which are considered a threat to life or property.

Emergency Repairs are considered to include the following:
No method of heating the property or heating
Water / Gas leaks
Serious Roof Leaks
Electrical faults causing damage or endangering lives
Damage caused by storms, fire or flood

Safety is paramount for our tenants, staff and contractors.  We and / or our contractor will ask you questions in regard to recent travel, self-isolation etc. and conduct a risk
assessment on the basis of the information you provide.  

Rent Payments
Where possible, please continue to pay your rent in the normal way.  However, if you are experiencing difficulties during this challenging period then we would ask that you make contact with us as soon as possible so that we are able to liaise with your landlord.  Please email

Tenants of Non- Managed Properties (ie you pay your rent to your landlord directly)
Please contact your landlord directly if you have any difficulties paying your rent or require a repair carried out on your property as listed above.
