The Co-Ownership Housing Association have recently announced that it is their intention to purchase, on behalf of clients, up to 500 houses in the year 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010. 

The quota will be allocated on a monthly basis with potentially 50-60 houses available for purchase during each month of the forthcoming year.
